A scale model of pl. Trzech Krzyży (Three Crosses Square) in Warsaw, sponsored by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, is to be unveiled for the first time to real estate professionals at the Architecture Festival. The wooden model, which is entirely handmade, is similar to the best scale models of quarters of cities such as London and Paris.
At the presentation of the model, a special area will be set up where it will be possible to meet Jacek Wojciechowicz, the deputy mayor of Warsaw, and discuss the architecture and the public space in the capital city.
The meeting starts at 13:20 and finishes at 14:20.
About the scale model
The work on the project took almost half a year and has borne fruit in the form of an impressive 2m x 1.5m scale model. It offers a view onto many of Warsaw’s most characteristic locations, including pl. Trzech Krzyży, the Royal Route and the buildings of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Ministry of Development and the National Museum. The idea behind the model is to depict the unique architectural and urban planning heritage of the city and its potential in terms of development and investment, at the most important events in the sector in Poland and and internationally.
