Conditions of participation in the event:
- The organizer of the event is Eurocee Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as EurobuildConferences) with its registered office in Warsaw (00-697) at Aleje Jerozolimskie 53, NIP: 951-23-41-913.
- The price includes: the daily program of the event and catering according to the agenda on the event website. Registration does not include accommodation. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
- EurobuildConferences reserves the right to make changes to the program.
- The conditions for participation in the event are:
- sending a completed order form, which is equivalent to accepting these conditions of participation and concluding an agreement between EurobuildConferences and the participant (in the case of applications from individuals) or a company (in the case of legal persons).
- payment before the event; payment by bank transfer after receiving a pro forma document.
- Withdrawal from participation in the event 30 days or more before the planned start date of the event does not entail any financial obligations, provided that information about withdrawal from participation in the event is sent in the form of a letter or e-mail to EurobuildConferences. The date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal is decisive. In such a case, the participant is entitled to a full refund of the previously paid fee.
- In the event of withdrawal from participation in the event 14 days before the planned start date of the event, the participant is entitled to a 50% discount on the participation fee or a refund of 50% of the previously paid amount, provided that information about withdrawal from participation in the event is sent in the form of a letter or e-mail to EurobuildConferences. The date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal is decisive.
- In the event of withdrawal from participation in the event less than 14 days before the planned start date of the event, the organizer reserves the right to full compensation.
- The participant’s absence from the event is not a basis for exemption from payment if a pro forma invoice has been issued and payment has not been made by the ordering party before the event.
- The participant agrees to the use of their image in film, photo, audiovisual and other materials prepared by the event organizer or by an entity authorized by the event organizer. The consent includes multiple use of the participant’s image in promotional, marketing, advertising and publishing purposes.
Conditions of participation in an event transmitted online:
- The organizer is Eurocee Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as EurobuildConferences) with its registered office in Warsaw (00-697) at Al. Jerozolimskie 53, NIP: 951-23-44-913.
- The conditions for participation in the event are:
- sending a completed order form, which is equivalent to accepting these conditions of participation and concluding an agreement between EurobuildConferences and the participant (in the case of applications from individuals) or a company (in the case of legal persons).
- payment before the event; payment by bank transfer after receiving a pro forma document.
- After submitting a completed form, the participant receives an email confirmation of registration for the selected event to the email address provided in the form.
- The link to the event will be sent to the participant via email to the email address provided in the form no later than 30 minutes before the start of the service.
- Online events are held on an online platform that participants do not need to install on their computer.
- In case of justified barriers to making an online transfer, the participant may request payment by traditional bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice. The condition for participation in the event is to send proof of payment before the event to the following address: conference@eurobuildcee.com.
- Cancelling participation in the event 5 days or more before the planned start date does not entail any financial obligations, provided that the cancellation is sent in the form of an electronic message to the address conference@eurobuildcee.com. The date of receipt of the cancellation declaration is decisive. In such a case, the participant is entitled to a full refund of the previously paid fee.
- In the event of cancellation less than 5 days before the planned start date of the event, the organizer reserves the right to full compensation. Previously paid fees are not refundable in this situation.
- The absence of a participant at the event is not a basis for a refund of the previously paid fee.
- To properly and fully participate in online events, you must have a device with internet access and a web browser.
- EurobuildConferences is not responsible for disturbances that are not caused by the Organizer or caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by participants or third parties.
- EurobuildConferences reserves the right to make changes to the program.
- The online transmission of the event will take place if a minimum of 5 participants are registered. According to the provisions of the regulations, the organizer has the right to inform the participants 48 hours before the scheduled event whether the online transmission will take place.
- In the event that the online event does not take place, the participant is entitled to one of three options, proposed by the organizer:
-Participation in the event in person, with a 20% discount,
-Transfer of the participant to another event organized by EurobuildConferences,
-100% refund of the amount to the participant’s provided bank account.
